Senior Project Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and review advanced financial models for greenfield and brownfield projects, acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, and stake sales, ensuring full compliance with financial agreements, tax, and accounting policies.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising support, structuring, and negotiations with banks, export credit agencies, equity partners, and financial institutions; develop and maintain close relationships with global financial institutions.
• Strategic Advisory: Conduct financial analysis, optimization, and valuations to support BD and bid teams; drive structuring optimizations of existing operations, including impairment tests and look-back analyses.
• Leadership & Oversight: Take charge of tax and accounting due diligence workstreams, coordinating with internal CFO/tax/accounting teams and external advisors. Train, guide, and oversee Managers and interns on financial modelling and execution.
• Governance: Prepare and present investment memoranda, internal reports, summaries, and presentations for high-level investment decisions; provide inputs and analytical support sought by subsidiaries and Board Audit Committees.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Legal, Technology, and CFO functions; coordinate with external consultants, contractors, rating agencies, and advisors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or Engineering.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CA, CFA).
• 4–6 years of experience in project finance within developers, banks, financial institutions, or advisory firms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project finance transactions end-to-end.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with proven stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results to tight deadlines.
